How to download a Suburban Propane bill

Suburban Propane invoices and statements are in My Account at account.suburbanpropane.com, and in the Suburban Propane app with the same email and password. Enrolling is free, and Suburban emails you when a new invoice or statement is ready to view online.
Statement lookup in My Account and the app
Sign in to the portal or the app to view and manage your invoices and statements. The same login also shows service history, takes payments, orders fuel and turns on paperless billing. If you do not have a portal account yet, create one in the app; that login then works on both.
Invoice or statement: what each one is for
Suburban issues both, and they are laid out differently. The invoice has a remittance portion at the bottom to tear off along the dotted line and mail with a payment. The statement has an Amount Due section with the total now owing, which Suburban asks you to pay in full unless it is already paid. Both carry a shaded summary, important messages, a toll-free and a local service center number, and an Account Activity section listing the transactions billed. For the books, keep the invoices for each delivery and the statements that show what was settled.
Paying Suburban Propane and automatic payments
Payments can be one-time or recurring, made manually or set to run automatically each time a bill comes due. Suburban accepts checking and credit card payments as well as PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay, 24 hours a day, and the charge shows as "Suburban Propane" on your bank statement. Automatic Bill Payment takes care of the due date, but every invoice is still posted in My Account and stays the record of the purchase. For help, call 1-800-PROPANE (1-800-776-7263), open around the clock.
Going paperless
Viewing invoices and statements online replaces paper bills. Suburban suggests pairing paperless billing with Automatic Bill Payment and Automatic Delivery, which turns the account into one where fuel arrives, is paid for and is billed without anyone touching it. That is convenient, and it is also how bills go unfiled.
Suburban Propane bills filed while you sleep
On automatic delivery and payment, the only trace of a fill may be an email alert. Connect My Account and our AI agent signs in when a new invoice or statement posts, downloads it and files it by property through bill fetching. The email alerts can also be routed to email receipt capture, and fuel for a business site is ready for tax time.
