How to download a Simplii statement

In online banking

1. Sign on to Simplii Financial online banking.
2. Select the account.
3. Click View eStatements.
4. Select the statement PDF for the month you want to view or print.

In the mobile app

1. Open and sign on to the app.
2. Select the account and tap Account Info.
3. Tap View eStatements and choose the month and year.

Opening the PDF

Simplii's tips page says you need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view or save an eStatement as a PDF. If the file will not open, install it and try the month again. On a phone, open the statement in the app and use the share sheet to save it to your files rather than taking a screenshot, which a lender may not accept.

How far back the list goes

Simplii's help pages don't say how many months the eStatement list shows. For an older statement, Simplii points customers to its FAQ, to 1-888-723-8881 or to talktous@simplii.com.

A month-end habit for Simplii statements

The Simplii statement confirms each withdrawal and deposit. For a purchase you deduct, the store receipt carries the detail the statement leaves out: the items and the GST/HST.
