Click your name in the top left of the Brex dashboard and select Statements and documents, then Card. Statements appear at the end of each cycle; click the download icon on a row to save it. Card statements download as PDF only. For XLSX, CSV, HTML or TXT, pull a report from Account > Credit > Transactions with a date range.
Who can download statements
Account admins, card admins, bookkeepers and users given the specific product capability. If the account is closed, statements stay reachable by logging in the same way; if you cannot log in, contact Brex Support.
Card, banking and reimbursement statements
- Card: listed at the end of each statement cycle. For embedded partner spend, the three-dot menu gives a CSV for that partner.
- Banking: business account statements arrive in the first week of the following month.
- Reimbursement: listed at the end of each cycle.
Transaction reports for any date range
From Accounts, open Credit, choose the billing group if you have several entities, enter any date range and click Download. Formats are XLSX, CSV, PDF or HTM. To see the outstanding balance, export in XLSX.
Expense downloads with receipts
On the Expenses page, choose columns with the gear icon, then click Download and pick a format. Select Include receipts in download to bundle the receipt images. Admins, card admins and bookkeepers can download the whole team; other roles only see their own expenses. Brex notifies you in the dashboard when the file is ready.
No voided checks
Brex does not provide voided checks. Account admins can download an account verification letter instead, from the account's details under Accounts.
Statement lookup by cycle
The Card tab lists one row per statement cycle, which is the record your accountant closes the month with. The custom report is what you reconcile line by line.
Brex statements and receipts in one place
Connect your Brex login and our AI agent downloads each cycle's statement PDF through bill fetching. Vendor receipts that land in employees' inboxes are picked up by email receipt capture, and out-of-pocket spend goes through expense reports next to the card activity.
