How to download a Ramp card statement

Ramp card statements are under Company > Statements & payments. Each statement period offers a PDF, which summarizes card transactions, statement payments and cashback, and a CSV with transaction and payment level detail. Ramp statements are paperless and are never mailed.
PDF or CSV
- PDF: a summary of card transactions, card statement payments and cashback for the period. This is the statement to file.
- CSV: transaction and payment level detail for the same period, for import and reconciliation.
Downloading by entity
With a single entity, download both files for the period you need. With several entities, the statement period itself gives an aggregate PDF across all entities. For one entity's PDF, open the period and select the entity.
When statements appear
A statement is generated at the end of each statement period. Statements & payments also shows your next payment date and current statement dates. Owners or admins can ask Ramp to change the statement date, and permission holders manage statement notifications.
Paying the statement
The full statement balance is due by its due date, and Ramp does not charge interest. An unpaid balance stays delinquent and can carry into later statements. Ramp debits the full amount automatically only when the entity uses Automatic payment and is eligible for direct debit; entities set to wire transfer pay manually. The autopay bank account is changed under Payment sources for terms other than 1-day.
Statement lookup for a closed period
Open Statements & payments and pick the period. The help article is written for administrators; cardholders are pointed to Ramp's other articles on payments, limits and statements. For month-end close, a controller usually files the PDF as the statement of record and imports the CSV into the general ledger, then ties the CSV total back to the PDF before locking the period.
Ramp statements archived each period
Connect your Ramp login and our AI agent saves both the PDF and the CSV for each period through bill fetching. Receipts for the card lines, often sitting in employees' email, are found by email receipt capture, and the period's files are kept together for tax time.
