How to download a SaskPower bill

SaskPower bills are in MySaskPower, the online account that tracks your bill, payment reminders and billing history. Businesses use a separate MySaskPower Business account. The SaskPower app also lets you view and download your current bill.
Registering for MySaskPower
Have a copy of your bill ready, including the name exactly as it appears on it. Once signed in, you can switch to paperless billing, pay by credit card, choose equalized or pre-authorized payments, and submit your monthly meter reading when reminded. The account also gives insights into your power use from month to month.
Bill lookup: billing history and consolidated statements
Billing history sits inside MySaskPower. Owners with 10 or more SaskPower accounts, such as a landlord with several rentals or a business with many sites, can combine them into one statement instead of a separate bill per account.
Ways to pay
- Online and in the app: card payments. SaskPower charges a 1.75% fee on all credit card payments.
- Phone: credit card payments over the phone.
- Bank: online banking, or take the bill to your branch.
- Mail: a cheque payable to SaskPower with the bill or a printed copy of your eBill.
- Canada Post: any location that offers MoneyGram.
To avoid late fees, make sure a mailed payment reaches SaskPower by the due date. If you are having trouble paying, SaskPower lists several options to help, and you can reach it by phone, email or live chat.
Pre-authorized and equalized payments
Sign up for pre-authorized payments in MySaskPower with the bank account details and a copy of your bill. The exact amount then comes out every month. A bank account that needs several signers calls for extra paperwork, including the bank's pre-authorized payment form and all signatures. The equalized payment plan takes your last 12 months of use and divides it into equal monthly payments. Each bill is still issued on either plan and is the record to keep.
SaskPower bills, one account or many
Under 10 accounts, each SaskPower bill arrives on its own. Connect MySaskPower and our AI agent saves every bill with bill fetching. eBill emails can be captured with email receipt capture, and farm, cottage or rental bills are grouped for tax receipts.
