How to download a SaskEnergy bill

SaskEnergy natural gas bills are in My Account, SaskEnergy's online self-service. Once registered, you can view current and past billing information, go paperless, pay by credit card, and sign up for the Equalized Payment Plan or the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan. Registration needs your SaskEnergy account number and your natural gas meter number.
Linking several accounts
My Account can link multiple accounts, which SaskEnergy suggests for managing bills for a cottage, businesses, a farm and a home under one login. Meter exchange appointments and rehang or relight requests are booked there too.
Bill lookup and paperless bills
Past billing information sits under the same login as the current bill. Going paperless replaces the mailed bill with a text or email alert when a new bill is ready, set up on the website or in the SaskEnergy app. Keep an old bill handy when registering, since the account number and meter number are both required. For trouble getting into the account, Customer Support is at 1-800-567-8899.
Paying a SaskEnergy bill
- Online or telephone banking: add SaskEnergy as a payee with your 11-digit account number.
- Credit card: Visa or Mastercard online or by phone, with a 1.75% non-refundable fee paid to Moneris, the online payment provider. SaskEnergy doesn't take payments by email.
- Mail: a cheque with the bill stub.
Pay well ahead of the due date, since bank and online payments can take up to 5 business days to reach SaskEnergy.
Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PPP)
PPP pays each bill automatically from your bank account, 20 to 25 days after the bill date. Sign up in your online account, or with the application form, a void cheque and your 11-digit account number. The withdrawal changes from month to month unless you are also on equalized payments. The bill remains the document to file, because it shows the gas use behind each withdrawal.
SaskEnergy bills for the farm, cottage and home
With several linked accounts, the gas bills for each property come out on different dates. Connect My Account and our AI agent fetches each SaskEnergy bill with bill fetching. Farm and business gas bills can go to expense reports, and rental property bills to tax receipts.
