How to download a Newfoundland Power bill

Newfoundland Power bills are in MyAccount. With ebills on, each bill arrives by email looking the same as the paper one, and MyAccount keeps up to 36 months of ebills and eletters. Balances and payment dates are also available around the clock on the self-serve phone line at 1-800-663-2802.
The 1.5% early payment discount
Pay within 10 business days of the billing date and you get a 1.5% discount. Ebill customers receive a reminder email two business days before the discount date.
Ebill lookup in MyAccount
The 36-month ebill archive is where you pull a past bill for a lease, a loan or a tax return. Eletters are kept alongside the bills.
Ways to pay
- Online banking: add Newfoundland Power Inc. as payee with your account number.
- Phone banking, a bank branch or an ATM.
- Drop box: payment and stub in a 24/7 office drop box. There are no cashiers at the boxes.
- Credit card: online through PaySimply, for a small fee.
Automatic Payment
Automatic Payment takes the bill from your bank account every month. If you can't pay on time, set up a payment arrangement online, by phone or with Alex, the digital Customer Service Assistant. Monthly bills keep arriving with Automatic Payment on, and they remain the record of each withdrawal.
Landlord Agreement
Landlords and property managers can sign a Landlord Agreement. When a tenant moves out, responsibility for the electricity service moves back to the landlord automatically, the power stays on for the next tenant, and the application for service fee is waived. Newfoundland Power also tells the landlord when a tenant requests service, asks for a final read, or is disconnected over an outstanding issue. Without the agreement, you can disconnect between tenants, but reconnection carries a fee.
Newfoundland Power bills past 36 months
A landlord who takes the account back between tenants collects bills in bursts. Connect MyAccount and our AI agent saves each ebill with bill fetching. The ebill emails can also be filed through email receipt capture, building a record for tax receipts that outlasts the 36-month window.
