How to download a past Cox bill

To get a Cox bill, sign in at cox.com with the primary User ID, scroll to MyBill, click View statements, choose a billing period and select View Bill Details (PDF). The Cox App reaches the same PDF under Activity & Statements. Cox's site now notes that Cox is now Spectrum, and its support pages still describe these steps.
Who can open the bill
Only the primary account holder can view billing details, statements and account history. An authorized user can do the same, and make payments, once the account holder lists them with full access to the account.
On cox.com
- From the cox.com homepage, click your profile icon and enter the primary User ID and password.
- Scroll to the MyBill section.
- On Billing & Payments, click View statements.
- In the View drop-down, choose Statement 001: Home for Home Services or Statement 701: Mobile for Cox Mobile.
- Pick a date next to Billing Period to see the Summary of Charges, then select View Bill Details (PDF) for the full bill.
In the Cox App
Sign in with your Cox User ID and tap the Billing icon. Tap the Home Services Bill arrow for Internet, Phone, TV or Homelife, or the Cox Mobile Bill arrow for phones. Then tap Activity & Statements, Statements, choose a date and tap View Bill Details (PDF).
Cox Business: 18 months of PDFs
Business customers log in at myaccount-business.cox.com, click the Billing arrow and pick a location if they have several. View Current Statement opens this month, and View Statements History lists the last 18 months. The chosen statement opens as a PDF to save, print or share. If it does not display, temporarily disable the browser's pop-up blocker. Spectrum Mobile billing for business lines lives on Spectrummobile.net, for users with the right permissions and roles.
Paying a Cox bill and enrolling in EasyPay
Cox.com and the Cox App take one-time payments. Without logging in, start a chat with Oliver from the Contact Us page and type pay bill. The automated phone line accepts a bank account or credit card. Spectrum stores take payments in person, and cash can go through CheckfreePay at Walmart, Western Union, MoneyGram or Fidelity Express, where merchants may charge $1.50 to $3.49.
EasyPay is Cox's automatic monthly payment, and Cox Mobile customers are required to use it. To add it with a bank account on Cox.com:
- Log in with the primary User ID and click edit next to EasyPay auto-payments.
- Click Enroll in EasyPay, then enroll next to the statement.
- Use Add bank account to link your bank through Trustly, agree to the EasyPay terms and click Enroll.
Download each statement after EasyPay starts: a bank line reading Cox proves nothing about which services or location you paid for.
Home, Mobile and every location, kept
Cox splits one household into Statement 001 and Statement 701, and the business side adds a statement per location. Our AI agent handles that split through bill fetching: it signs in, opens each statement and saves the PDF. Bill emails in your inbox go through email receipt capture, and per-location bills sort straight into expense reports. For Spectrum's own billing screens, see our Spectrum bill guide.
