How to download a Co-op Fleet Card statement

Co-op Fleet Card customers get invoices on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cycle and a monthly statement at month end listing the invoices processed that month. Transactions and spending reports are online in Co-op Card Central. The statement balance is due by the last business day of the following month.
Choosing the invoice cycle
Co-op lets you pick weekly, bi-weekly or monthly invoicing to fit your accounting cycle. A monthly cycle lines up with the statement; weekly invoices give a tighter view of spending for a larger fleet.
The monthly statement
Federated Co-operatives' commercial account agreement says accounts are due when rendered and a monthly statement is sent at month end outlining the invoices processed that month. Payment in full is required at the FCL home office no later than the last business day of the following month, and late accounts carry service charges.
Transaction lookup in Card Central
Co-op Card Central is where you manage FCL fleet cards and view transactions. It also holds detailed spending reports, and real-time transaction reporting is part of account management.
Where the card works
The Co-op Fleet Card is accepted at more than 590 Co-op, Tempo and Western Nations gas bars across Western Canada. FCL also offers a Cardlock card, and some local Co-ops run their own cardlock card.
Membership numbers and equity
For FCL accounts, the Co-op membership number for the retail you buy from must be given at the time of purchase to count toward membership benefits. Ask your local Co-op whether your account qualifies for cash back and equity.
Lost cards
The Fuelcard team replaces lost cards at 1.888.882.5678 or fuelcard@fcl.crs.
Co-op statements and invoices kept together
Connect your Card Central login and our AI agent saves each invoice and statement through bill fetching, ready to support your input tax credits. Paper slips from fill-ups on other cards go into the receipt scanner, and everything is ready for tax time.
