How to check OMNY trip history for a receipt

OMNY does not hand you a receipt at the turnstile; your record is the trip and charge history. Without an account, go to the Check Trip History page on omny.info, choose Bank card or OMNY Card, enter the card number and expiration date, and you will see the past 7 days. For older trips, link the card to a registered OMNY account.
Trip history lookup without an account
- Open Check Trip History on omny.info.
- Choose Bank card or OMNY Card.
- Enter the card number and expiration month and year.
- Select Check trip history.
The 7-day window is short. If you ride for work, check weekly or set up an account so the history is there when you file.
Longer history with an account
OMNY points riders who want records beyond 7 days to a registered OMNY account with the card linked. The account is also where OMNY suggests checking that you were charged correctly, comparing the dates and times of each charged trip.
Checking trips by phone
With a four-digit PIN set up on your account, you can check trip history through OMNY's automated phone system, available around the clock at 877-789-6669. The same number reaches OMNY Customer Service for questions about charges.
Your bank statement as backup
When you tap a credit or debit card, the fare also appears on that card's statement. The OMNY history adds what the bank line leaves out: which station or bus and when. For a work trip, keep both: the statement proves payment, and the trip history shows the journey.
OMNY fares recorded before they roll off
Seven days of history goes by quickly when subway trips are part of client visits. Connect your OMNY account and our AI agent signs in and saves trip and charge history through bill fetching before it drops out of view. Those fares then sit on an expense report, and any OMNY emails are filed by email receipt capture.
