How to get a Clipper card receipt

Clipper purchases are listed in your order history. Log in at clippercard.com, select your card, scroll to Recent Orders and choose View Order History, or use the Orders link at the top of the dashboard. On the Orders page you can download the history as a PDF or a CSV file. Trips are a separate list, under Recent Trips.
Orders and trips are two records
Order history shows what you bought or loaded onto the card. Trip history shows where you rode. An expense claim for a monthly pass needs the order; a client rebill for specific rides needs the trips.
Trip history on the website
- Log in and open your dashboard.
- Select the card.
- Under Recent Trips, click View Trip History.
- Click Download Trip History to keep a copy.
To see trips across every card on the account at once, use Trip History in the dashboard menu.
In the Clipper app
Log in, open the Cards tab and select View Ride and Order History. To get a copy, tap Email Trip History and it is sent to you by email.
Contactless bank card trips
Tapping a credit or debit card on a Clipper reader is tracked separately from Clipper cards. Clipper points those riders to its bank card trip history page. Clipper notes that trip history updates can be delayed by a few days. For help, call 877.878.8883 or email custserv@clippercard.com.
Clipper history filed for you
BART, Muni and Caltrain fares on one card make Clipper the single record of Bay Area transit spending. Connect your Clipper account and our AI agent signs in and downloads the order history PDF through bill fetching. Trip history you email yourself from the app is filed by email receipt capture, ready to add to an expense report.
