Wegmans makes in-store receipts viewable online within 24 hours of your purchase, as long as you used your phone number or Shoppers Club card at the register. The card can be a physical card, a keytag or the Wegmans app. If you need a refund without a receipt, Wegmans may give store credit at the lowest sale price, and every refund goes through the Service Desk.
Wegmans receipt lookup in your online account
Receipts appear in the Wegmans online account that is linked to your Shoppers Club. Wegmans' account help page says a linked account shows past purchases and full receipts in My Receipts. In the app, a one-time phone verification connects the online account and Shoppers Club, which Wegmans says gives you accurate receipt history. A Shoppers Club account covers both in-store and online purchases.
Getting the trip recorded
- At checkout, scan your Shoppers Club card, keytag or app, or enter your phone number.
- Wait up to 24 hours for the receipt to show online.
- Keep the paper slip for anything bought at the pharmacy. Pharmacy purchases in a transaction are not accessible online.
Refunds without a receipt
Wegmans' replacement and refund policy applies at all stores:
- All refunds are processed at the Service Desk only.
- Without a receipt, store credit may be given at the lowest sale price.
- Refunds over $25.00 require your Shoppers Club account and a valid, unexpired driver's license or equivalent.
- Store management can deny a refund or exchange at its discretion.
Alcohol is the exception everywhere
In every region Wegmans lists, alcohol has to go back to the store where it was bought, and only with a receipt. Depending on the state, the product must also be unopened or have a quality problem, and some stores need a product complaint form.
When the original slip still matters
Two Wegmans policies need the original register receipt even if the trip is online. Forgotten coupons and Shoppers Club discounts must be claimed within two weeks of the purchase. The Home & Entertaining 30-day price adjustment refunds the difference if an item goes on sale, when you show the receipt.
Wegmans receipts without opening the app
Once the Shoppers Club is linked, every scanned trip already has a receipt waiting online. Bill fetching lets our AI agent sign in to your Wegmans account and download each receipt as it appears.
