Tidio invoices are in Settings, then Project, then Billing, on the Billing details tab. At the bottom of that tab is a list of every invoice so far with the date, the amount charged and the packages bought, and each one downloads individually as a PDF.
The three billing tabs
Tidio's Billing section has three tabs. Subscription and Usage cover your plan and what you consume, while Billing details holds the documents: the current invoice and card details, US residency information where it applies, and the invoice list. Billing is set per project, which matters if you run Tidio on more than one site. Pick the right project before you look for an invoice.
Company details and an invoicing email
Click Edit invoice details to change the business information printed on invoices. The same window lets you add an invoicing email, useful when invoices should go to an accounts mailbox rather than the person who signed up. Review the details in the pop-up and save them.
Changing the card
Click Change card details, enter the new card and save; the next billing is charged to it. If a subscription payment is stuck, Tidio notes that re-entering the same card can help, because a new charge attempt is made as soon as you provide card details.
US residency for tax
US customers can click Edit US residency details and enter their state and zip code. Tidio uses this tax residency data, which the Billing details tab displays alongside your invoices.
Tidio invoice lookup
The list at the bottom of Billing details is the lookup, sorted by date with the packages named on each row. Tidio's article describes no bulk export. Download the PDFs one by one.
