How to get a T&T Supermarket receipt

For an in-store T&T Supermarket purchase, the original receipt is what counts: T&T accepts returns of eligible items within 30 days with it and refunds the original form of payment. Online orders are tracked under My Orders in the T&T app or on the website, which is also where you request returns and refunds. T&T Rewards points can't be added later, because the cashier can't look up your account after the sale.
In-store returns: 30 days with the receipt
After 30 days, an item can only be exchanged for the same product or an equivalent, at T&T's discretion. Products bought in Canada can't be returned in another country. Some things never go back:
- Live seafood, and anything opened or used.
- Clearance products, plants, books and magazines.
- Festive merchandise such as mooncakes and Lunar New Year or Christmas products.
- Gift cards, lottery tickets, alcohol and tobacco.
T&T Private Label products are the exception: return or exchange them at any time if you aren't satisfied.
Online orders: the My Orders lookup
- Sign in and open My Account, then My Orders.
- Choose Completed and click the order number.
- Select Returns and Refund, pick a reason, and add photos and a description.
Online purchases have 30 days from the day you receive them, and there are no exchanges. Once a mail return is approved, you have ten business days from the confirmation email to ship it, and the refund follows within seven business days of T&T receiving it. To return in a store instead, bring the order number.
Missing items refund themselves
An item missing from an online order is usually out of stock, and T&T sends a refund email for it, sometimes to spam. The money reaches your payment account within two business days. If an item in a completed order shows no Returns and Refund button, it has already been refunded.
Fees that never come back
Handling fees, delivery fees, tips, redeemed coupons and special discounts are not refunded. Order-level coupons are spread across every item in the order. A returned item refunds only what was actually paid for it, which can be less than its shelf price.
T&T receipts kept for the books
Online orders stay in your T&T account, where our AI agent can sign in and save each one through bill fetching. Store receipts carry your Rewards balance and are the only proof for a 30-day return. Photograph them with the receipt scanner. Business purchases then flow into expense reports.
