Poshmark buyers get an order confirmation email after each purchase, and that email is the receipt. Poshmark's help pages do not describe a downloadable receipt. If the email is missing, check the address on your account and your spam folder, then confirm the order went through in My Purchases. Sellers get something more complete: a Sales Report CSV for any date range.
When the confirmation email is missing
- In the app, go to the Account tab (@username), select My Profile, then Account Info. On the web, select your profile picture, then Account Settings, then Account Info.
- Make sure the email address is right.
- Look in the spam folder.
- Still nothing? Open My Purchases. Poshmark says an order with no confirmation may not have been completed.
Purchase lookup in My Purchases
Poshmark's help sends buyers to My Purchases whenever an order's status is in doubt. It confirms the order exists, but the help center describes no printable receipt there. When you need proof of what you paid, keep the confirmation email itself.
Downloading the Sales Report as a seller
In the app, open the Me tab, select Seller Tools, then Sales Report under Insights. On the web, select your profile picture, then Order Activity, then Sales Report in the left menu. Pick a date range and select Email Report. Poshmark emails a link to a CSV file, and you must be signed in to Poshmark to open it. The report lists orders marked received within the chosen dates.
What the Sales Report shows
- Bundle Order and Offer Order: Y or N for each listing. Bundles are split into one row per listing with a shared Order ID.
- Order Price: the final sale price.
- Seller Shipping Discount: the amount taken from your earnings.
- Net Earnings: what you received as redeemable earnings.
- Texas Seller Fee Tax: tax deducted for sellers shipping from Texas.
Comparing Order Price with Net Earnings shows how much was deducted from each sale. Poshmark notes the report can be used for tax purposes, though it does not give individual tax advice.
Poshmark confirmations and reports on file
Resellers who also buy inventory on Poshmark end up with confirmation emails on one side and a Sales Report on the other. Forward the confirmations to email receipt capture to keep the cost of each piece. A stylist buying wardrobe for a client shoot can put the same confirmation on an expense report, and the yearly Sales Report goes into tax receipts.
