How to download Mailchimp receipts

One receipt

1. Select your profile icon, then Account.
2. Open the Billing drop-down and choose Billing history.
3. Filter by date if needed, then open the receipt's drop-down and choose Download, Print or Email Invoice.

For several at once, tick them and use Download selected or Print selected.

The buyer and seller, the order number and time, the items with their costs, any discounts and the payment method. The billing contact's details appear on the receipt, and you can have receipts labelled "Invoice" if your accountant prefers it.

Change the billing contact under Billing information. That email address only receives payment receipts and cannot be used to sign in, which makes it a safe place to point at your accountant.

VAT, GST and tax IDs

Add a tax ID under Account & billing, Billing information, in the Registered VAT/GST/Tax ID field of the primary account contact. It shows on future receipts. The primary contact's address must be in the same country as the tax registration, because tax is based on that address, not the billing contact's. In some countries a valid number removes tax from future charges once verified.

Not in account exports

Mailchimp's account export does not include current or past billing statements. Save or print them from Billing history if you need records.
