Receipts and invoices

To get a Mr. Lube + Tires invoice or your vehicle's service records, contact your local Mr. Lube + Tires location or email info@mrlube.com. Mr. Lube is rebuilding its club portal, and while it is under construction, invoices are emailed only to the email address on file for your Mr. Lube + Tires Club membership. General customer service is also reachable toll-free at 1.866.675.8231.

Requesting service records and invoices

  • Local store: the location that serviced the vehicle, found through the store locator.
  • Email: info@mrlube.com.
  • Delivery: invoices go only to the club email on file, not to a new address you supply in the request.

Not a club member, or changed email since? Settle that with the store first, because the invoice cannot be sent anywhere else.

The Mr. Lube + Tires Club

Membership brings service reminders before your next recommended visit, car care tips and members-only offers by email. The online club portal is being changed, and Mr. Lube points members to the store or the email address above in the meantime.

Fleet accounts and centralized billing

Mr. Lube + Tires runs fleet programs for tires and preventive maintenance with no appointment needed. A Net 30 account requires at least 25 vehicles. Smaller fleets email fleet@mrlube.com and are connected with a local store. Fleet customers get centralized billing, and Mr. Lube accepts several national fleet maintenance cards. Mechanical services are available only at certain locations.

Which Mr. Lube + Tires to contact

Mr. Lube + Tires is Canadian owned and operated, with more than 170 locations open seven days a week, long weekends included. Search the store locator by city or postal code to find the one that serviced your vehicle. Corporate matters go to the offices in Richmond, BC (604.759.4300) and Mississauga, ON (905.828.0909). With the club portal offline, the invoice already in your inbox is the copy you can count on.

Mr. Lube invoices for company cars

An employee who drops a company car at Mr. Lube between client visits often loses the slip before the expense report is due, and a fleet manager needs every visit by unit. Email receipt capture files the Mr. Lube + Tires invoice from the club email the moment it arrives. The Smartbills app keeps a photo of the printed invoice, and expense reports send the oil change to the right vehicle and cost centre.
