How to get a Jotform invoice

Jotform invoices are on the Billing page of your Account Settings. From the Workspace page, click your avatar in the top-right corner, choose Settings, then Billing in the left menu, and click the download icon beside an invoice. Account Settings opens in a new tab.
Downloading an invoice
- On your Workspace page, click your avatar or profile image.
- Select Settings. Account Settings opens in a new tab.
- Choose Billing in the left-side menu.
- Click the download icon next to the invoice you want.
Changing the name, address or VAT number
On the Account Billing page, click Edit under Billing Information, update the fields and click Save. Customers ordering on behalf of a company can add its VAT identification number there to exclude VAT charges. Update it before the next renewal so the new invoice carries the right details.
How Jotform can be paid
Upgrades are paid by credit card, debit card or PayPal. Jotform no longer accepts check, purchase order or wire transfer. Subscriptions already paid that way stay active, but changing the plan requires a card or PayPal. Card details are updated on the same Billing page. A PayPal subscription is cancelled from your PayPal account, not from Jotform.
Cancelling or downgrading
To stop paying, downgrade to the Free plan from Account Settings. Jotform asks you to keep the card on the Billing page current, because outdated billing information can interrupt service on a paid plan. Download the invoices you need before you downgrade.
Bought in the mobile app
Subscriptions purchased through the Jotform Mobile App are billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, and refunds for them go through those stores. For other plans, refunds are requested through Jotform's Refund Request Wizard.
Jotform invoices filed with your other form tools
Connect your Jotform login and our AI agent downloads each subscription invoice from the Billing page with bill fetching. PayPal or app store receipts that arrive by email can go to email receipt capture, and a plan someone bought on a personal card is reimbursed through an expense report.
