How to get a Dropbox Sign receipt

Dropbox Sign receipts are in the Sign web app. Log in, click your initials, open Settings, select Billing and go to Billing receipts. Anyone with a paid Dropbox Sign subscription sees their receipts there. On a team, only admins can open billing.
Opening your billing receipts
- Log in to your Dropbox Sign account at app.sign.dropbox.com.
- Click your initials, then Settings.
- Select Billing.
- Scroll to Billing receipts.
Accounts that never had a paid subscription have no receipts to show.
Checking what you pay
The same Billing page shows your subscription, how much you pay and whether you are billed monthly or yearly. A free plan simply shows as free. A quick look there before a renewal tells you which receipt to expect next.
Separate from your Dropbox plan
Dropbox Sign is billed in its own web app. Receipts for Dropbox storage plans, Dropbox Fax and DocSend each have their own steps in Dropbox's help center. If your company pays for Sign and Dropbox, expect two sets of receipts from two places.
Team admins only
On a team plan, only admins can view and change billing information. Members who aren't admins won't even see the option to update billing details. Ask a team admin for the receipt you need.
Adding a VAT number or tax ID
If you pay tax on your subscription, add a tax ID at any time. Hover over your initials, open My Settings, go to Billing and find VAT Number (Optional). Click Add VAT number, or Edit for an existing one, then Save. Formats differ by country. If saving fails with an error, check the number against the format for the country in your billing information.
Dropbox Sign receipts kept with the contracts they paid for
Connect a team admin login and our AI agent signs in to the Sign web app and saves each billing receipt with bill fetching. Receipt emails can be forwarded to email receipt capture, and the VAT or GST on each one is kept for your tax receipts.
