Hy-Vee makes receipts available digitally by text, in the Hy-Vee app and on Hy-Vee.com. In the app or on the site, sign in, open Order History and pick the order; the digital receipt sits in that order's details. Pharmacy purchases have their own record, an Order History & Reports page that prints a prescription summary for any date range.
Order History: the Hy-Vee receipt lookup
In the Hy-Vee app:
- Log in and tap your profile icon at the top right.
- Select Order History, then the order date.
- Choose Order Details.
On Hy-Vee.com, select your name at the top right, open Order History, choose View Order and scroll down to the digital receipt. Order History is also where you add items to an online order, up to two hours before the pickup or delivery slot, from a browser only.
What PERKS adds to the slip
When you use your Hy-Vee PERKS number at checkout, Fuel Saver discounts and your balance print at the bottom of every receipt. Digital coupons apply when the cashier presses Total and are itemized on the receipt as well. You can also check the balance in your My Hy-Vee account or through the PERKS helpline at (800) 232-2580.
Receipt for a PERKS Plus membership
Buying a PERKS Plus membership sends a confirmation email that includes your receipt, and Hy-Vee suggests printing that email for your records. Yearly memberships renew on the anniversary of the purchase date. Cancel within 30 days without using a benefit and the fee comes back in full.
Pharmacy records for medical expense claims
- Sign in to My Hy-Vee and go to My Pharmacy Home.
- Select Order History & Reports.
- Choose the family member and a date range, then View Report.
The report opens on the last six months by default. Print Report lets you print it or save a copy, which beats a stack of pharmacy bag slips when you total medical costs for an FSA claim or a tax return.
Hy-Vee receipts saved without the shoebox
Online orders and their digital receipts live in your Hy-Vee account, which our AI agent can sign in to and collect through bill fetching. Membership confirmations arrive by email, where email receipt capture files them. The yearly pharmacy report belongs with your tax receipts when medical costs count on your return.
