Constant Contact

Constant Contact invoices are in your account settings. Open the Billing tab, click View statements, and pick an invoice in the Invoice History section. Click Download Invoice for a PDF of the invoice, or Download Receipt for proof of payment.

Steps

  1. Open your account settings and select the Billing tab.
  2. Click View statements.
  3. In Invoice History, click the invoice. The magnifying glass filters the list.
  4. Choose Download Invoice or Download Receipt.
  5. Click Return to Constant Contact when done.

Some accounts see an older statements page. There, choose a period or a date range and click Show. Then use Print or Email and choose All activity, Payments, Invoices or Invoices with detail. To save rather than print, pick the PDF option under Destination. The email option lets you send a statement straight to your bookkeeper.

Who can see billing

Account Manager and Campaign Creator users do not have full access to account settings and billing. If you can't see the Billing tab, ask the person who owns the account. Constant Contact also provides a W-9 for vendor setup.

Why the amount changes

Billing follows the highest number of contacts the account held, not the count at month end. An account that climbs from 400 to 525 contacts and falls back to 410 is billed at the 501 to 1,000 tier. Monthly plans are charged whether or not you send a campaign. Prepaying 6 or 12 months brings a 10 or 15 percent discount.

Payment methods and currency

Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Stripe Link, US bank accounts and eChecks are accepted, with pre-authorized debit for Canadian customers. Billing currency can be changed during a trial but not after the first payment. A valid payment method must stay on file. Unpaid accounts go on hold and are canceled after 75 days.

Constant Contact statements without the monthly login

Connect the owner's login and our AI agent opens View statements each month and saves both the invoice and the receipt with bill fetching. Contact-tier jumps then show in subscription tracking before the next renewal. A nonprofit or small shop that paid on a personal card can submit the receipt through expense reports.
