Canon

Canon bills the PIXMA Print Plan automatically every month, and the billing details sit in your MyCanon Account. Sign in there to review your printed pages and billing information. The monthly invoice lists your plan usage along with any additional charges, such as pages printed beyond your allowance.

Billing in your MyCanon Account

Canon's Print Plan FAQ says all account information can be reviewed and managed in MyCanon, including the pages you have printed, your billing information and changes to your plan. Canon also refers to a subscription account dashboard, where enrollment promotion details are shown. The FAQ does not name the individual menus. Start from that dashboard once you are signed in.

Your billing cycle starts on the date you first enrolled and repeats monthly from there. On the Pay Per Print Plan, usage is totalled at the end of each monthly cycle and appears on the upcoming invoice. An invoice can therefore reflect printing from the cycle before it, which matters when you match it to a month in your books.

  • Your plan usage for the cycle.
  • Any additional charges, including overage pages.
  • For enrollment promotions, a usage summary and the promotion details.

Under Canon's promotion terms, unused promotional pages do not roll over, and pages printed beyond the promotional allowance are billed to the card on file.

Print Plan charges go to the credit or debit card attached to the subscription. If Canon cannot collect a promotional overage charge, its terms say it will cancel both the promotion and the Print Plan service. Keep the card current. The card statement shows a total from Canon; the invoice is what breaks that total into plan and extras.

Print Plan invoices in one folder

A Print Plan invoice arrives every month from your enrollment date onward, and nobody wants to sign in to MyCanon each time. With bill fetching, our AI agent signs in to your MyCanon Account, collects each month's billing record and stores it with the card charge. For a home office, the year's ink plan is ready at tax time; for an employee, the invoice goes straight into an expense report.
