To find a Google Play receipt, open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions and Budget & history. For the full receipt, sign in at payments.google.com and open the order under Activity. Google also emails a receipt for every order.
On your phone
- Open the Play Store and tap your profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & history.
In a browser
- Go to play.google.com and select your profile icon.
- Select Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history.
Receipts in the Google payments center
For the full receipt, sign in to the Google payments center at payments.google.com, find the order under Activity (select View more transactions if needed) and open it. Recurring charges are under Subscriptions & services. Some charges never appear in the Play list at all, including Google Pay transactions and other Google payments; the payments center is where those are.
If a purchase is missing
It may have been bought on a different Google Account. Switch accounts in the Play Store and check that account's order history.
Reporting a problem or asking for a refund
- On play.google.com, open Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history.
- Select Report a problem next to the order.
- Complete the form and say you want a refund.
Decisions usually come within a day, though they can take up to four days. Requests made long after the purchase are likely to be declined, and if Google declines, the next step is the app's developer.
Google Play receipts filed from the inbox
Each Play purchase triggers a receipt email from Google, which email receipt capture picks up from the Gmail account it went to, item and tax read off. App subscriptions are the charges people forget, and subscription tracking lists each one with its renewal date before Google bills again. For the payments center receipts behind the emails, connect the Google account and our AI agent signs in and saves them through bill fetching.
