This is about the invoices Keap sends you for your Keap subscription, not the invoices you send your own clients from Keap. They are in My Account, and they download as PDF files.
View billing history
- Select your profile icon in the bottom left corner, then Settings.
- Select My account.
- Select View subscription details.
- Select View billing history.
The Admin menu shows plan usage and the billing cycle but has no link to invoices.
Billing admin, not app admin
If View billing history is missing, you are probably not the billing admin: the account owner responsible for the subscription. Being an admin inside Keap does not make you the billing admin, and no user permission inside the app grants access to subscription invoices. Keap support can tell you who the billing admin is.
Older invoices
If older invoices are not in your billing history, a Keap billing agent can retrieve them for you.
Name, address and contact on the invoice
From Settings, My Account, the billing admin selects Update account details to change the name, email or phone number on the billing account, or Update billing address for the physical address. Payment cards are under Payment method details.
Keap invoices without the billing admin
Keap invoices sit behind one person's login, which is why they tend to go missing at year end. Connect the billing admin's account and our AI agent signs in, opens View billing history and saves each new PDF through bill fetching. Any billing email Keap does send you can be forwarded to a mailbox read by email receipt capture. A Keap plan paid on the owner's personal card is reimbursed through an expense report.
