Esso and Mobil Business Cards in Canada are billed on paper-free invoices only. Every customer enrolls at essofleetonline.com, gets an email when an invoice is ready for review and payment, and can open invoices as PDFs for up to the previous 13 months.
Enrolling in Esso Fleet Online
Esso does not mail invoices for this program; enrollment at essofleetonline.com is required. Esso places no limit on the number of users you register.
Who can view, endorse and approve
Your company names a web contact who has authority to grant access to other users. Each user gets one of three levels: view, endorse or approve. A bookkeeper who only needs to download invoices can stay at view.
Invoice lookup for the last 13 months
Invoices stay online as PDFs for up to the previous 13 months. That covers one fiscal year plus a month, which is shorter than most record-keeping rules. Download each invoice when the email arrives and file it by billing period.
Where the cards work
The cards are accepted at more than 2,000 participating Esso and Mobil stations across Canada and over 12,000 Exxon and Mobil locations in the US.
Fees
Esso charges no administrative fees, setup charges or annual fees on Esso and Mobil Business Cards.
Invoice or pump receipt

Esso fleet invoices archived past 13 months
Connect your Esso Fleet Online login and our AI agent downloads each new invoice through bill fetching, keeping years of PDFs after the portal drops them. Driver fill-ups paid outside the card go into an expense report, and the invoices sit ready for tax time.
