Sign in to the DRIVEN by Corpay portal at driven.fleet-account.com and click Statements in the left sidebar. All account statements and reports are listed there, with an option to download each as a PDF; the Date Range filter narrows the list. Fuelman is a fleet card brand of Corpay, the company formerly called Fleetcor.
Statement lookup in DRIVEN
- Sign in at driven.fleet-account.com.
- Click Statements in the left sidebar.
- Use the Date Range filter to show the period you need.
- Download the statement or report as a PDF.
Registering and first login
To register you need your account number, billing ZIP code and email address. The account number is in the Get Started email sent when the account was approved. On first login you set up multi-factor authentication by text or email and choose a security question. Verification emails come from no_reply@fleetcor.com; check spam if one is missing. Customer Service is at (800) 877-0800.
What the DRIVEN app can and cannot do
Account and transaction data are available in real time in the portal and the DRIVEN by Corpay mobile app. Fuelman notes that downloads are not available in the mobile app. Pull statements and reports from the web portal.
Reports and Level 3 data
Reports can be viewed online or downloaded, and some can be printed straight from the portal. Fuelman advertises real-time posting with Level 3 data, meaning product-level detail on each fuel purchase. Some reports and customizations need optional services or package upgrades.
Disputes and rebates
Fuelman says a transaction on your statement must be disputed in writing within 15 days. Rebates, when they apply, are paid as a statement credit once invoices are paid in full. Review each statement as soon as it is posted.
Fuelman statements filed every cycle
Connect your DRIVEN login and our AI agent downloads each statement PDF through bill fetching, in time for the 15-day dispute window. Driver costs outside the card, like parking, go through expense reports, and statements stay filed for tax time.
