Puget Sound Energy shows up to 24 months of past bills for an active account on its Bill & payment history page, found under the My bill menu after you sign in. Payments go through the same account, through Pay as guest with no sign-in, by phone at 1-888-225-5773, by mail or at a pay station.
Bill lookup: Bill & payment history
- Sign in to your PSE account.
- Open the My bill menu and choose Bill & payment history. The Customer Service menu calls the same page Payment history.
- Pick the month you need from the last 24.
The 24-month window applies to active accounts. Save anything you will need later before it ages out.
Paying as a guest, online, by phone or by mail
- Pay as guest: listed under the PAY BILL menu for payments without an account login.
- Signed in: make a one-time payment, set up AutoPay with a card or start an Automatic Funds Transfer (AFT) from your bank.
- Phone: 1-888-225-5773.
- Mail: a check with the bill stub to Puget Sound Energy, BOT-01H, P.O. Box 91269, Bellevue, WA 98009-9269.
- In person: the pay stations map shows nearby locations.
Residential customers pay no fee for credit or debit cards. Large commercial customers are charged a 2.65% third-party transaction fee.
AutoPay with an advance notice
- Sign in and open the Schedule AutoPay page.
- Click ADD PAYMENT METHOD and add a credit card, debit card, PayPal account, electronic check or bank information.
- Opt in, if you like, to a notice 1 to 5 days before each payment. It gives you time to review, update or cancel.
AutoPay begins with the next billing statement. A bill that is already due has to be scheduled by hand. Every cycle still produces a statement, and that statement, rather than the card charge, is what proves the energy expense.
Paperless billing from myaccount@pse.com
To sign up, sign in, go to My Settings, find Billing preferences, click Sign up next to paperless billing and confirm with OK. To return to paper, choose Unenroll in the same place. Electronic bills come from myaccount@pse.com. Check your spam folder if one goes missing.
PSE bills kept longer than 24 months
Washington homeowners claiming energy improvements, or landlords splitting gas and electric costs, often need more than PSE's two-year history. Connect your PSE account and our AI agent signs in, opens Bill & payment history and keeps each bill through bill fetching. The emails from myaccount@pse.com are caught by email receipt capture and sorted into the expense report.
