How to download a Peel Region water bill

Peel Region water bills for Brampton, Caledon and Mississauga are viewed in your Peel Region online account. To sign up you need the 10-digit water account number from the top-right corner of a bill. Viewing bills online costs nothing. Without online billing, a paper bill is mailed every 3 months, or monthly for commercial customers.
Bill lookup: lost bills and billing history
If a bill hasn't arrived, email Billing Operations or call 905-791-8711 with your account number or service address. For a statement of billing history, call the same number. Peel charges a Statement Request Fee for it, which saving each bill from the online account helps you avoid.
Paying a Peel water bill
- Online or telephone banking: search for the payee with the words Peel water or Region of Peel water, then add your 10-digit account number.
- Kubra EZ-Pay: a one-time online payment by credit card, Visa Debit or bank account.
- Phone: 905-791-8711, option 1.
- Bank branch or ABM: bring the bill or payment stub.
- In person: cheque, cash or debit at a Region location or Brampton City Hall.
- Mail: cheques only, post-dated accepted.
Credit card and Visa Debit payments carry a service charge. A late bill gets a late payment charge, and a balance left unpaid can move to the property tax bill with added administrative fees.
Pre-authorized debit
Fill in the Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement, sign it and attach a void cheque or a direct deposit form from your bank. Email it to PaymentsNew@peelregion.ca, drop it off at a Region location or mail it to Water Billing in Brampton. Keep paying the usual way until Amount Now Due on your bill reads Pre-Authorized Payment. If a withdrawal fails for insufficient funds, Peel won't retry it. The bill keeps coming with pre-authorized debit on, and it shows the meter reading behind each withdrawal.
Landlords and tenants
Peel opens tenant accounts by form. Either side can start it, with the other party's name and email ready. A form started by the tenant goes to the landlord to finish, and everyone gets a copy. Commercial landlords send a tenant billing information form at least 7 days before move-in, since Peel does not backdate. Changes take 7 to 10 business days, and buyers of a resale home can order a Utility Arrears Certificate.
Peel water bills without the statement fee
Every bill saved on arrival is one less reason to pay for a billing history statement. Connect your Peel Region online account and our AI agent pulls each new water bill with bill fetching. Landlords with several Mississauga or Brampton units get the bills sorted by property for tax receipts on rental income.
