How to download a Bloomberg invoice

To download a Bloomberg invoice, sign in to Your Account on bloomberg.com, select Billing from the navigation bar and go to Billing History. Click Download to view and print the invoice. Bloomberg calls these documents invoices, and the same page holds every charge for your subscription.
Billing History, the invoice lookup
- Sign in to Your Account on bloomberg.com.
- Select Billing in the navigation bar.
- Open Billing History.
- Click Download beside the charge to view and print it.
Download the invoice rather than screenshotting the page. A finance team wants the document Bloomberg issued, and the downloaded copy shows that charge on its own, ready to attach to a claim or match against a card statement.
How a Bloomberg.com subscription is billed
Subscriptions bought at bloomberg.com/subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, renew automatically and are charged in advance of each billing cycle until you cancel. For individual subscriptions, Bloomberg's help center lists credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay as the payment options.
Group subscriptions
When several people share one subscription account, the administrator manages it through Bloomberg's Administrative Tool. Bloomberg's help lists downloading a copy of the invoice there alongside managing users and resending verification emails. Team members should ask their admin rather than look in their own Billing page.
Bought through someone else
If your subscription came through a third party, Bloomberg points you to the terms and conditions you received with that purchase. The invoice belongs to whoever sold it to you.
Bloomberg Terminal is billed separately
Bloomberg Terminal and other professional services are not billed through the bloomberg.com subscription pages. Their invoices are handled on Bloomberg's separate Account Billing site, which identifies you by the account number printed on the invoice. Keep those invoices with the contract rather than with your news subscription.
Bloomberg invoices saved for the expense claim
A Bloomberg.com subscription is a common business expense for anyone who follows markets, and the annual plan bills once and is easily forgotten. Connect your Bloomberg account and our AI agent signs in, opens Billing History and downloads each invoice with bill fetching. The charge then sits on your expense report, and subscription tracking shows when the next annual renewal is coming.
