Gamma invoices are in its Stripe billing dashboard. From the Gamma homepage, select Settings (the gear icon), click Billing, then Manage subscription in Stripe, and scroll to your invoice history to open any invoice and download a PDF. Gamma also emails invoices automatically to the account email.
Finding the invoice
- Select Settings in the left-hand menu.
- Click Billing, then Manage subscription in Stripe. A Stripe tab opens.
- Scroll to the invoice history and click an invoice to view it and download the PDF.
Only workspace admins can see Billing. If it is missing, switch workspaces from the initials or logo at the bottom left and find the one with the active subscription.
VAT number or tax ID
Subscribing for the first time? Enter company details and the VAT number or tax ID during checkout and they appear on the very first invoice. Already subscribed, open the Stripe page from Billing and click Update information under Billing information. The new details show from the next renewal, monthly or yearly.
Company name
The name on Gamma invoices follows the workspace name. Open the workspace dropdown at the top left, choose Settings & members, and change the name in Overview to your company's legal name. Future invoices show it.
Invoice lookup and issued invoices
The Stripe invoice history is the lookup. Issued invoices cannot be edited; if your VAT number is missing from one you already received, a human agent can cancel the plan, refund where applicable and help you resubscribe with the right details. Invoices go to the account email. The closest thing to a separate billing address is changing that email to the finance team. For a W-9 or Gamma's own tax ID or VAT number, ask Customer Support.
Gamma invoices with the legal name on them
Rename the workspace and add the VAT number before renewal, and every later invoice is ready for the books. Gamma emails each one. email receipt capture can file it from the account inbox with the tax read off. For earlier months, connect the admin login and our AI agent downloads them from the Stripe history with bill fetching, ready for an expense report.
