Shell's US fleet cards are now Shell Card Business and Shell Card Business Flex, the latter previously the Shell Fleet Navigator Card. Both are run with WEX. Fuel and EV charging purchases are combined on one billing statement, rebates appear on that statement as an account credit, and the WEX Fleet SmartHub app shows transactions and payments.
Fleet Navigator is now Shell Card Business Flex
Shell and WEX launched the new Shell Card on March 3, 2025. If you still look for the Fleet Navigator name, the account you need is Shell Card Business Flex.
What the billing statement shows
- Fuel and EV charging purchases, combined within billing statements and reporting.
- Rebates, which are not applied at the time of purchase. They appear as an account credit on your billing statement when balances are paid on time.
- Up to 5 cents per gallon in rebates on Business Flex and up to 6 cents on Shell Card Business, tiered by gallons fueled at Shell each billing cycle.
WEX describes the program as one credit line, one invoice and one back-end portal for fuel and EV vehicles alike.
Transactions and payments in Fleet SmartHub
The WEX Fleet SmartHub app for Shell card accounts lets you view and filter transactions, make or schedule payments, check available credit, look up driver IDs and cancel a lost or stolen card. Drivers use the WEX DriverDash app to find stations and EV chargers.
Statement lookup and paperless billing
Shell's fleet pages promise free paperless billing through the online portal but don't spell out the menu for downloading a past statement. Sign in to your account portal or call Shell Fleet Solutions for the exact path on your account.
Why the statement beats driver receipts
Shell Card transactions carry line-item detail, including driver identification and vehicle mileage for EV charging. That makes the monthly statement a stronger record than a box of pump slips collected from drivers.
Shell Card statements saved each cycle
Connect your Shell Card portal login and our AI agent saves each billing statement as it closes, through bill fetching. Drivers' parking and maintenance receipts outside the card go into an expense report, and the year's statements are kept for tax time.
