QuickBooks

The QuickBooks integration connects Smartbills to QuickBooks Online and syncs expenses, receipts and invoices in both directions as transactions happen. Your bookkeeper stops re-typing entries, and the books are as current in the middle of the month as they are at close.

What this integration does

Setting it up

  1. In Smartbills, open Settings > Apps and search for QuickBooks Online

  2. Click Connect, sign in to QuickBooks and authorize access

  3. Pick the company if you have more than one

  4. Map your Smartbills categories to QuickBooks accounts

  5. Choose the sync direction, frequency and export format
