The Lightspeed K-Series integration turns each restaurant order into a digital receipt for your guest. Your K-Series sales, menu items, locations and customer records sync into Smartbills, so the receipt lists what was ordered and you see who comes back.
What this integration does
A receipt for every order
Receipts are created from K-Series orders as they are closed, with the items, taxes, tip and total on them. Servers don't add a step.
Every location in one place
Each K-Series location syncs with its own sales, so a group of restaurants sees each site separately.
Customer records from real visits
K-Series customers sync into Smartbills. See your regulars and build a loyalty program on actual visits.
Setting it up
Open Settings > Apps in Smartbills and search for Lightspeed K-Series
Click Connect, sign in to Lightspeed and authorize Smartbills
Your sales, items and customers start syncing into Smartbills
