Connect Dropbox and choose a folder. Any receipt or invoice dropped in the watched folder is pulled into Smartbills, read and marked as processed, and the receipts in Smartbills are kept in Dropbox in the same folder structure, so your files stay where your team already looks.

Save a PDF or a photo to the folder from a phone, a scanner or a desktop, and it is read and filed in Smartbills.
Your receipts kept in Dropbox
Receipts in Smartbills are copied into Dropbox, in the same folders, so there is a second copy your team can browse.
Works with shared folders
Point it at your own folder or a team folder, so the whole team drops receipts in one place.
Setting it up
Open Settings > Apps in Smartbills and search for Dropbox
Click Connect, sign in with your Dropbox account and allow Smartbills
Choose the folder Smartbills should watch and the one it should keep receipts in
