Going paperless

Once you opt into online invoices, Wolseley stops mailing printed invoices and statements. Documents are archived for up to three years after the online account is activated. Download anything older you want to keep before that window closes, since three years is shorter than many record retention rules.

Order lookup by PO number

Users with View Orders rights see every current and past order, whether it was placed online or at the branch. Search by order number, web reference number, customer PO number, the person who ordered or web quote number. Order history is kept for two years. If you run separate ship-to or job accounts, the Switch Account function moves between them under one email address.

With paper invoices switched off and a three-year archive, the invoice you need for an audit can expire on Wolseley's side. Connect your Wolseley Express login and our AI agent signs in to save each new invoice and statement through bill fetching, keeping your own copy. Emailed invoices are filed by email receipt capture, and every line can be coded to the job it served on expense reports.
