How to get a Grand & Toy invoice

How e-Invoicing delivers invoices

e-Invoicing does not wait for anyone to log in. Grand & Toy emails the PDF to the AP contact set up on the account, either with each order or invoice, or on your billing cycle if the account uses consolidation billing. Once an account converts, paper invoices stop. The service has no charge.

Looking up an older invoice online

Invoices remain online for 18 months. From the e-Invoicing screens you can export summary or detailed invoice data as PDF, tab-delimited or comma-delimited files, useful when AP wants to load them into accounting software. For the order side, the Orders page in the account menu holds your order history.

Statements and balances

Statements update daily. Log in to see the current balance, or ask for a monthly PDF statement sent on the first of each month. Grand & Toy also sends a statement automatically when an invoice comes due, which works as a reminder for whoever approves payment.

Paying invoices online

e-Invoices can be paid online by credit card: one at a time, several together, or the full balance. Partial payments are not accepted, and each invoice must be paid in full. A Pending status means the payment has not cleared yet. A declined payment sends the invoice back to the Statement tab.

Grand & Toy PDFs kept past 18 months

The PDF that lands in the AP inbox is the record to keep, and with weekly supply orders the pile grows fast. Email receipt capture reads each Grand & Toy invoice email on arrival, pulls the GST, HST or QST and the total, and files it. With your login, our AI agent can fetch invoices still inside the 18-month online window through bill fetching, and your archive then outlasts it. Supplies a staff member bought on a personal card go into an expense report.
