Coinamatic clients find their statements and billing details in the client portal at portal.wash.com. Commission statements are under Reporting and download with Print PDF, and invoice copies are requested through the portal's Invoice requests option. The monthly laundry rental is paid by online banking, pre-authorized payment, recurring credit card or phone.
Signing up for the client portal
Fill in the sign-up form exactly as your details appear on a commission or billing statement and click Submit. An email follows with a link to create your password. Which reports you see depends on your access level: property manager, property owner or portfolio manager.
Commission statement and billing details lookup
- Click Reporting in the left panel and open the Available Reports dropdown.
- For a commission statement, select Revenue History Report and click the check number for the collection period.
- Expand a line with the + icon for detail, and hover over the ? icon for an explanation.
- Click Print PDF to download or print the statement.
Billing details is a separate report in the same list. With several buildings, Filter by Address narrows a report to one property, and Filter by Collect Date sets a date range. Any report can be exported, either with the fields shown or with all fields.
Requesting an invoice copy
Under Get in Touch on the right, click Create/View, then open the Agreement Requests dropdown. It holds invoice requests along with agreement requests, mailing address changes, insurance certificate requests and laundry card orders.
Paying the monthly rental
- Online banking: choose Coinamatic Canada Inc. as the payee and include your invoice number.
- Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP): deducted from your bank account each month. Send the completed PAP or Credit Card Sign-up Form by Canada Post with your next payment.
- Recurring credit card: Visa or MasterCard, using the same form.
- Phone: 1-800-361-2646, credit card option.
Coinamatic notes that card customers still receive the monthly invoice, and the same holds for PAP. That invoice is the record to keep. Coinamatic says a payment portal is in development.
Coinamatic statements and invoices filed per building
Commission income and rental charges belong in different places in the books, and each building has both. Connect the client portal and our AI agent signs in, downloads each commission statement and billing report and files them by address through bill fetching. Monthly invoices that arrive by email go through email receipt capture, and a full year of laundry room figures is ready for tax time.
