To download an Instantly invoice, open Settings, then Billing & Usage and Payment and Invoices, scroll to Invoices and select Download. Instantly also emails a receipt after each payment: search your mailbox for "Your receipt from Instantly" or for emails from Stripe.
Downloading an Instantly invoice
- Select your initial avatar in the bottom left, then Settings.
- Go to Billing & Usage, then Payment and Invoices.
- Scroll to Invoices and select Download on the one you need.
The invoice shows the amount, invoice number, payment date and status, the receipt, the payment method, the plans and the billing period.
Finding receipt emails
Search your mailbox for the subject "Your receipt from Instantly #" or for emails from Stripe.com, and check spam, junk or promotions if nothing turns up.
Company address, VAT number and billing email
- On Payment and Invoices, select Manage.
- Under Billing information, select Update information.
- Edit the billing email, address, city, postal code and Tax ID/VAT number, then select Save.
The billing email can differ from your login email. Changes apply to future invoices; past invoices are not updated.
An unpaid invoice
Use Update payment method on the payment failure banner, or open the invoice marked Open and select Confirm payment or Select a new payment method.
Instantly receipts filed as Stripe sends them
Point the billing email at a mailbox email receipt capture reads and each Instantly receipt is filed the moment Stripe sends it, VAT number and all. For the invoices on Payment and Invoices, connect the account and our AI agent signs in and downloads them through bill fetching. An agency owner who pays Instantly on a personal card claims it back through an expense report.
