How to download a past PSE&G bill

Sign in to My Account on pseg.com and open the My Bill page: PSE&G lets you download your current bill plus any of your previous 15 bills there. To pay without signing in, choose Pay My Bill as a guest with your account number and ZIP code. Automatic Bill Pay, text, phone, mail and walk-in payments cover everything else.
Past bill lookup in My Account
The My Bill page holds the current statement and the 15 before it, each ready to download. Billing & Payment History shows the wider record: past billing statements, posted payments and recurring charges such as an Equal Payment Plan or a Deferred Payment Arrangement. Sixteen bills cover a little over a year, short of what a tax file usually needs.
Paperless Billing emails
With Paperless Billing on, the mailed bill stops and a monthly email summary takes its place. Each email states the amount owed and the due date and links to the full bill in My Account.
Paying PSE&G signed in, as a guest or by text
- My Account: pay the same day or schedule a payment from a checking or savings account. PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo and credit cards also work, with a third-party processing fee.
- Guest: on pseg.com or in the PSEG app, choose Guest, then Pay My Bill, and enter your account number and ZIP code.
- Text: text PAY to 4PSEG (47734) from a phone registered with MyAlerts. It draws on your saved bank accounts.
- Phone: 1-800-553-7734 for a bank account, 1-833-277-8710 for a credit card (third-party fee).
- Mail: PSE&G New Jersey, P.O. Box 14444, New Brunswick, NJ 08906.
- In person: Customer Service Centers take cash, check or money order. A Western Union pay agent charges $1.50.
Automatic Bill Pay setup
- Log in or register for My Account. The program is not open to guests.
- Pick checking or savings and enter the routing and account numbers.
- Set an Auto Pay limit, the most PSE&G may withdraw in a month.
- Accept the terms.
The amount due comes out on the bill due date, and any past due balance is deducted the next business day. Enrollment is free. Because the withdrawal follows the bill, the bill itself is the record to keep: the bank line only shows that money left.
PSE&G bills past the 15-bill window
A home office deduction or a landlord's utility file often reaches back further than sixteen bills. Bill fetching has our AI agent sign in to My Account each cycle and save the new PSE&G bill before it drops off the My Bill page. The Paperless Billing summary can go to email receipt capture, and the yearly gas and electric total is ready for tax receipts.
