How to download a Practice Better statement

Statements from earlier years

Click View all next to Recent Statements, or select Payment History from the left menu, then choose the year from the drop-down. Practice Better is rolling out a new layout with the navigation on the left. The menus may sit in a different spot than older screenshots show.

Paying an outstanding subscription invoice

• From the Subscription Payment Failed email, click Pay Invoice.
• In the portal, go to My Profile, My Subscription and click Pay invoice under Recent Invoices.
• At sign-in, if the account was deactivated, choose Reactivate my account, review with View invoice and pay with Pay now.

Practice Better deactivates an account after four failed automatic attempts and reactivates it once the invoice is paid. Choosing Update card at sign-in also replaces the card for future charges.

Practice Better Payments fees

Fees from Practice Better Payments are deducted from each client transaction and do not appear on your subscription invoice. To review them, go to My Practice, then Reports, open Payment History under Billing & Payments, set the period, filter the source to Credit Card or other Practice Better Payments methods, and click Filter. Fees are not refunded when you refund a client.

Statement lookup by year

Payment History with the year drop-down is the quickest lookup for an old charge. Open the statement with View and print it to PDF if your browser offers that option.

Dietitians and coaches running a solo practice often find a year of Practice Better statements is the record they forgot to keep.
