When you order St-Hubert online or in the app, a confirmation with your order number appears on screen and a confirmation email goes to the address on your account. That email and the order number are your receipt. Signed in, you can also see past orders in Order History. St-Hubert notes that prices exclude taxes and that the partial tax amount is shown on your invoice.
The confirmation screen and email
Write down or screenshot the order number when it appears. St-Hubert uses it for everything after checkout: an order cannot be changed once you have a confirmation number, and cancelling means calling 1-866-784-8211 with that number and your phone number, then placing a new order. If no confirmation number appears, or the site will not let you finish, call the same line.
Order History: your receipt lookup
Logged in on st-hubert.com or in the app, Order History lists your previous St-Hubert orders. It is mostly meant for reordering a favourite, but it doubles as the place to find the date and contents of a past order. In the app, tap Continue at the bottom of the screen to reach My Account, where your contact details, addresses and payment methods live.
How you paid changes what you keep
Online, St-Hubert takes Mastercard, Visa and St-Hubert gift cards. Delivery orders can be paid online or at the door, while takeout picked up at a rotisserie must be paid online. If you paid the driver at the door, ask for the receipt then, since the online confirmation was issued before payment.

A meal in the dining room
St-Hubert's FAQ covers online orders. For a meal at a Restaurant & Bar, the bill your server brings is the receipt to keep, and the online account will not hold a copy of it.
St-Hubert orders filed from your account and inbox
Office lunches from St-Hubert pile up in Order History. Connect your St-Hubert account and our AI agent signs in and saves each past order through bill fetching. The confirmation emails are filed by email receipt capture, and a dining room bill goes in with a photo through the receipt scanner.
