Yes. Thresholds are set by amount and can be narrowed by category, cost centre or entity. A subsidiary with its own delegation limits doesn't force a compromise on the rest of the group.

Three things: connecting your ledger, importing your chart of accounts and agreeing on approval thresholds. It takes days rather than the quarters an enterprise suite needs, which is a big part of why companies this size pick it.

It's less configurable, on purpose. In exchange you get a much shorter implementation and need fewer people to run it day to day. If you really do need custom procure-to-pay workflows across dozens of subsidiaries, a suite is the better fit and we'll tell you so.
