Signing in to Sysco Pay

Sysco Pay uses multi-factor authentication. If the SMS code does not arrive, check that the phone has signal and that the number on file is right, or restart the phone. You can switch to email authentication or Google Authenticator by refreshing the login page with Ctrl + F5 and following the prompts.

Invoice and statement lookup

The dashboard you see depends on the Bill-To and Ship-To pair you pick. Choose the right one before looking for an invoice, especially if you run several restaurants under one bill-to account. Credit memos sit in Sysco Pay alongside the invoices.

Monthly statements by email

Open the Manage Subscriptions tab, click Add Email, enter the address and tick the statement and account emails you want. Point it at the bookkeeper's inbox and the statement arrives without anyone signing in.

Paying Sysco

Sysco accepts checks, credit cards and ACH through Sysco Pay. Only Account Leads and Payers can add payment methods, under Manage Payment Methods with Add Payment Method. View Only users cannot add payment methods or users. A payment method has to be set up before ordering.

Giving your bookkeeper access

Under Settings, choose User Management, click Add User, enter the contact details and assign a role, then select the account and click Add and Assign. A View Only role lets an outside accountant read invoices without paying them. The Sysco Pay team answers at 1-888-264-7647 during business hours.

Sysco invoices reconciled against deliveries

Several deliveries a week mean a steady stream of invoices and credit memos. Subscribe the statement to an address handled by email receipt capture, or let our AI agent sign in to Sysco Pay and save each invoice through bill fetching. Food cost then reconciles to paper, and the year closes cleanly for tax receipts.
