Hunter invoices are under Account, then Billing & subscription. Stay on the Overview tab, scroll down to the Invoices section and click Download on the right of the invoice you need. To get every invoice at once, click Export all invoices at the top right of that section.
Export all invoices
The export builds a ZIP of PDFs covering subscriptions, credit packs, add-ons and manual invoices, and it downloads automatically when ready. It is the quickest way to hand a full year to an accountant.
Who can download and who can change things
Every member of a Hunter team can open the page and view or download invoices. Only the team owner can change billing details, the payment card or the email address invoices are sent to. That split lets a teammate fetch a PDF for the books without ever touching the card.
Changing the invoice email
- As team owner, go to Billing & subscription, Overview, and scroll to Invoices.
- Click Edit next to the line showing where invoices are sent.
- Enter the new address and click Save.
The change applies to future invoices right away. Hunter sends to one address only. To reach several people, use a forwarding rule or a distribution list.
Missing or failed invoices
A failed payment attempt sits in the table with a Failed status and no PDF. The PDF appears only once a retry succeeds. If the invoice you want is not listed, check that you are on Overview and not on Details.
Corrections and reissues
Updating billing details only changes invoices issued afterwards. To add a VAT number or company name to a past invoice, fix its billing address, or get it in another format, write to contact@hunter.io; support can reissue it by hand.
Hunter invoices straight to the books
Point Hunter's single invoice email at the mailbox Smartbills reads, and email receipt capture files every new invoice on arrival. For history, our AI agent signs in to Hunter and collects the past PDFs with bill fetching. A credit pack bought on a personal card can go on an expense report.
