The account owner or an admin downloads Gorgias invoices from Settings, then Billing & usage, on the Payment History tab: click Download PDF next to the invoice. If you pay for Gorgias through Shopify, Gorgias issues no invoice at all, and the charges are in your Shopify admin under Settings, then Billing.
Payment History, one invoice at a time
Payment History lists past invoices with date, amount, description and status, including earlier billing periods. Bulk or date-range downloads are not available, which means a year of invoices takes one click per month. Gorgias sends each new invoice at the start of the billing period.
Paying through Shopify
Stores billed through Shopify find and export the Gorgias charges in Shopify's own billing section. In that case the Shopify bill is the document your bookkeeper needs, and Payment History in Gorgias will not hold it.
Who receives the emailed invoice
The billing contact on file gets an email with a copy of each new invoice, sent to the address in your billing information. To see who that is, open Settings, then Billing & usage, then Payment information. To add more recipients, ask Gorgias support to add billing contacts.
Address, tax details and billing frequency
Under Payment information, Update Information changes billing details including address and tax information; save with Save billing information. Change Frequency switches between monthly and yearly billing, and Change payment method replaces the card.
What the invoice covers
Billing applies to all Helpdesk plans, and AI Agent, Voice and SMS can be added to the same subscription. Plans renew automatically each period. Under Usage & Plans, Manage next to a product adjusts its included usage, confirmed with Update subscription.
Gorgias invoices, whoever bills them
Depending on how a store signed up, the Gorgias charge lives either in Gorgias or inside the Shopify bill, and the two get confused at year end. When Gorgias bills you directly, our AI agent logs in with your owner or admin account and downloads each PDF from Payment History through bill fetching. The invoice email to your billing contact can be filed by email receipt capture, and the helpdesk subscription belongs in your tax receipts.
