How to get a Superior Propane invoice

Once registered, mySUPERIOR shows your invoices and delivery tickets and lets you pay them. It also lets you order a fill and see the expected delivery date, check tank levels (live for SMART Tank customers, estimated for others) and review consumption history. Keep the invoice, not only the delivery ticket. The ticket is useful for checking litres delivered, while the invoice carries the amount owing.

mySUPERIOR, Plus or Pro

Superior runs three versions. mySUPERIOR is for residential and small commercial customers with one account. mySUPERIOR Plus is for commercial customers with several accounts or several users, and an existing user can upgrade from a link on the dashboard. mySUPERIOR Pro serves large enterprises, needs a custom setup by Superior and cannot be self-registered. The mobile app works with the first two only.

Paying Superior Propane and pre-authorized payments

• Online: pay in mySUPERIOR, where automated credit card payments can also be set up.
• Pre-authorized credit card: the balance is charged to a Visa or MasterCard after a delivery or service.
• Pre-authorized bank withdrawal: the balance comes out of your bank account after a delivery or service.
• Bank: add Superior Propane as a payee using your account number, or pay at a branch with the stub from your latest invoice or delivery ticket.
• Phone: 1-87SUPERIOR, with your credit card and account numbers.
• Mail: cheque and remittance stub to P.O. Box 4568, STN A, Toronto, ON M5W 0J5.

Pre-authorized payments settle each invoice on their own, yet the invoice is still issued and is the document to keep.

Equal Payment Plan or pay per delivery

On the Standard Payment Plan, each delivery is due within 15 days. The Equal Payment Plan spreads the cost into the same amount each month, adjusted for actual use with notice in advance. On equal payments, compare the monthly amount with the delivery invoices at year end to see what was really used.

Superior Propane invoices filed by site

Commercial customers on mySUPERIOR Plus can hold several accounts, each with its own deliveries. Connect mySUPERIOR and our AI agent signs in after each delivery, downloads the invoice and files it under its site through bill fetching. Paper invoices from a delivery can be photographed with the receipt scanner, and the year of propane is ready for tax time.
