Fresha invoices are under Settings > Billing. Open Settings from the main menu, choose Billing to see your invoices and fees, filter by calendar year with the All time button, and click the Download icon next to the document. Each monthly invoice is generated early in the month for the previous month's paid features.
Invoice or fee activity
- Fresha Fee activity: a running breakdown of paid feature charges, updated throughout the month.
- Invoice: the finalized monthly summary of those charges for the previous month.
Fresha's article says the invoice is generated on the 3rd and its FAQ says invoices are created on the 2nd; either way, wait for the first days of the month before downloading. A pending invoice becomes downloadable as soon as it is ready.
Several locations or legal entities
With multiple billing profiles, go to Settings, Billing, then Billing profiles, open a profile and click Invoices and fees to download that entity's documents. Subscription charges are split per team member and billed to the profile of their primary location. Workspace-level charges, such as AI Concierge, go to the profile marked Primary.
On the mobile app
Tap More, open Settings, tap Billing and then Invoices and fees. The year filter and Download icons work the same way as on desktop.
Who can see invoices and fees
To keep team members out of Fresha invoices and fees, untick the Wallet and Card processing permission for their level in workspace permission settings. Merchants working under a Fresha business find their own fees and invoices in their Personal settings instead.
Invoice lookup by year
Use the All time filter to narrow the list to one calendar year, then download the month you need. Fresha support can help if an invoice stays pending.
Fresha invoices filed per location
Salons with several locations get one Fresha invoice per billing profile, and each belongs to a different set of books.
