How to download an 8x8 bill

Downloading a past bill

On Paid Invoices, filter by Billing Start Date to jump to a month. Each bill offers View Bill/Usage and, for invoice customers, View Transaction, which opens the monthly invoice documents. A usage and service summary can be downloaded alongside the statement. Bills from a previous year are not in the portal. Open a billing case with your Account ID and the months you need, and an agent emails them.

Key dates each month (US)

Autopay is taken on the 2nd, and the statement is posted to the portal by the 3rd. The grace period ends on the 15th. After that, a flat $10 late fee applies and service can be suspended. Service is billed in advance and usage in arrears: an August statement covers August service and July usage.

Paying and autopay

You need Billing Admin or Primary Admin permissions. For a one-time payment, tick the invoices on Open Invoices, select Pay, enter the card on the CyberSource page and confirm with the email for your receipt. To set up autopay, open Manage Payments from the Billing Support Center menu and add a credit card or ACH bank account. Autopay makes one attempt. Autopay customers get no emailed invoice, but the monthly statement is still posted and remains the bill to file. Past-due balances can only be paid by card.

Who receives the PDF invoice

Under Contact Management in the Billing Support Center, the Invoicing role receives the PDF invoice by email and Accounts Payable contacts get other billing mail. Each role needs at least one contact and allows up to five. Accounts with cost centers open a billing case instead.

8x8 statements when autopay sends nothing

Autopay customers have to sign in to see each month's statement. Connect a Billing Admin login and our AI agent downloads it from the billing portal after the 3rd with bill fetching. Add a email receipt capture address as an Invoicing contact if your account is emailed invoices, and keep the E911 fees and taxes on each statement for your tax receipts.
