Drop a receipt in Slack and it lands in Smartbills, with expense report updates sent to the people who need them.

The Slack integration makes your workspace a receipt inbox. Drop a PDF or a photo in a channel where Smartbills is a member, or send it in a direct message, and it is captured as a receipt. Submitters and approvers get a message when an expense report is submitted, approved, denied or paid.

• Receipts captured from any channel. PDFs, PNGs, JPEGs and phone photos shared where Smartbills is a member, or sent to it directly, are read and filed as receipts.
• Expense report updates in a direct message. Submitters hear when a report is approved, denied or paid. Approvers hear when one is waiting for them.
• Commands for the quick things. /smartbills upload, status, approve, deny and list let people act without leaving Slack.
