Drop receipts in a Google Drive folder and they come into Smartbills, with your receipts kept in Google Drive too.

Connect Google Drive and choose a folder. Any receipt or invoice dropped in the watched folder is pulled into Smartbills, read and marked as processed, and the receipts in Smartbills are kept in Google Drive in the same folder structure, so your files stay where your team already looks.

• A watched folder for receipts. Save a PDF or a photo to the folder from a phone, a scanner or a desktop, and it is read and filed in Smartbills.
• Your receipts kept in Google Drive. Receipts in Smartbills are copied into Google Drive, in the same folders, so there is a second copy your team can browse.
• Works with shared folders. Point it at your own folder or a shared drive, so the whole team drops receipts in one place.
